Include the following information when reporting a bug:

1. Environment: device, OS, reproducibility rate.
2. Steps to reproduce a bug: number steps from beginning to end so we can easily follow through by repeating the same process.
3. Proof: any relevant screenshots, screencasts, or log files should be attached.

If you have not received a reply within 2 business days:

1. Check your Junk folder.
2. Make sure your mail agent does not restrict incoming emails from external sources.
