And what is more, to print such a document, you had to spend a lot of time manually editing and previewing every page.

Now, however, we have a solution for you. We’ve developed ImagePrinter Pro — a powerful virtual printer that allows you to print any documents (not only MS Word files) into an image files (e.g. JPG, BMP, or PDF) that are independent from the application you use to view them. The resulting images are print-ready — all you have to do with them is to send to them a physical printer to achieve excellent printouts almost everywhere.

This is a very simple way to convert a Word to PDF format.

The general steps for converting MS Word to PDF with ImagePrinter Pro are as follows:

• Open the document in MS Word or similar text processor.
• Choose File>Print… and in the print dialog that displays select the ImagePrinter Pro as your printing device.
• Then, click the Properties button to the right and in the window that appears go to the Options tab.
• In the Format list, choose PDF. If you want to configure color (Grayscale/True color) and/or compression quality, click Advanced…, then select File Format on the left panel and choose the required values for JPG.
